The program is outstanding. It’s easy to use and customize. Customer service is top notch! They are very responsive and willing to help you on unique situations. John was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met.

We started using the app to solve a single problem we were having with our current paper forms. 4 months in and we've already started switching all of our paper forms to FastField forms. The app is wonderful. Sure it has it's flaws, but what makes the app three times as good are the people behind it. We've taken the use of the app far beyond the scope of it's original intentions and they've helped us every single step of the way. Whether it's a custom string we needed help completing or actually changing the app function to where it made better sense for us. From sales to support, the team at FastField is top notch. We've never for one second regretted the decision to switch to FastField. Our only regret is not discovering the app sooner.

Great place & SUPER helpful. Not only did they help us get up and running years ago, but more importantly for us, they are quick to reply & assist when we get stuck or try something different with our forms. If we have a question or issue, they respond and usually solve the problem within the day. The forms themselves can be very tailored and are generally fairly easy to use & understand. The hands-on customer service is absolutely unmatched.
