FFMF has been a major help for our business. It has reduced the amount of physical paperwork we have to juggle. In addition, we are getting intelligence back from the field more quickly. This is leading to improved customer service both because our reports are better and we are quicker to respond. There are a few features we are hoping for to improve the product but Fast Field Team has allowed us to offer those suggestions and we are now seeing that they have been accepted into the product roadmap. Overall, Fast Field Forms is Great!
