As a construction subcontractor in NYC, our Superintendents need to complete all types of reports while in the field. We've been able to customize our forms to not only document what we need for our company records, but also create forms for our clients (GCs or owners) to approve and sign right from our ipads or iphones. We often have a GC sign an approved work ticket on our phone and email it right back to him. The longest part of the process is entering his email address and hitting send. It's like going to an Apple store and making a purchase. It's that useful and that fast.
