We are still new to using FFF. We have built a few forms now and we love it. However, when it comes to the support, the staff (I always get Matt) is outstanding. I compare it to Disney World's customer service. They are friendly, helpful and willing to help and take the time to make sure your issue is resolved and you leave happy. I highly recommend this software and their support to any company looking for ease and use of electronic form format and flexibility of recording the data as well.

I am not an IT guy but needed a solution to our record processing and Fast Field fit the bill perfectly. I was able to develop a system that had the functionality that was needed in a short amount of time. Others have tried to develop a similar system in my industry but our clients say ours is the best!a The staff has been great in helping to get us up and running and I was GREATLY surprised at the level of help and caring that they give.

We manage staffing and production output at 5 different manufacturing sites. We have moved all our shift reporting to fastfield and now have historical trending reports, etc that we could never have gotten easily before. Thank you!
