I have worked with Patrick for about a year now and he takes the time to listen to our companies needs and helps me come up with solutions that fit. The FastField applications developed by Nationwide Microbank Limited PNG ( MiBank) are now fully integrated into MiBanks Core Banking application. The applications allow remote Customer Capture, Instant Account opening, Full ID capture, Instant Card issuance, Loan Application submissions, Account maintenance, and several other features, all in real time and any location. These apps were designed to work in remote places, where mobile coverage is weak, and has allowed the Bank to create village financial inclusion eco-systems, opening up opportunity to a largely unbanked ( over 90%) population. The applications integrate with the core banking system via several API's, and also link to the SMS server for system generated messaging. They also seamlessly integrate with the Banks USSD and SmartApp Mobile Banking platform and are an integral part of MiBanks Agent network and Branchless Banking platform. FastField has proved to be the perfect product for this environment where remoteness, lack of infrastructure, and a multitude of other difficulties that often plague developing nations, have often proved in the past to be insurmountable obstacles.
