I just took the exam and got a 95% (on the national portion). Pretty sure the repetitive CompuCram exams were a big part of the reason why I did so well on the national portion. Prepping this way got me comfortable w the language and the formatting of the test questions. CompuCram test q’s seemed slightly more challenging that the actual exam, so if you’re doing good on CompuCram, you should do that good or better on the actual exam (unless other factors are involved, I. e, test anxiety, lack of sleep, etc. ).

Signing up was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everything from the mini quizzes to the simulated exam helped prepare me for the Massachusetts real estate exam. I recently took the exam and passed thanks to this amazing study tool. Worth every penny!

I took the Exam Cranmer course through McKissock and then signed up for the CompuCram course. I felt the CompuCram course and practice tests were more succinct. Once I reached the 100% Readiness goal I felt prepared and passed the Residential Appraisal test the first time.

Excellent. I feel like it is equipping me with what I need for the exam.

it is a little pricey. buttttt it was worth every penny. i went to go take my real estate test and a lot of the questions were on compucram. oh and i passed my first try because of this study guide. so if you are nervous for your test or don’t think ready yet. i most definitely recommend this study guide
