I first took all my real estate courses in the nineteen eighties when I was pursuing my affiliate broker license for the first time. I acquired them then but unfortunately due to fault of my own I accidentally let them lapse around the year 2000. I haven't studied real estate since and was very concerned about my ability to regain the knowledge of real estate at 58 that I once had when my brain was alot younger. Compu cram was recommended to me so I gave it a try, and for two weeks I studied, with compu cram, going over practice sessions, vocabulary, and taking practice exams. Not only did I pass my state and national exams but scored an 85, and 86 respectively. I struggled to get in the low 70's when I took these tests years ago. I highly recommend this course for anyone taking their tests for the first time, but also for the old timers, like me, going back again. Mike Mcalister
