Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on how we look at it) claims were made on two occasions and they were processed efficiently with a fair outcome. Berkshire Hathaway travel protection will definitely be part of our plans in any future trips.

Didn't have to use but was easy to set up and nice to have. Felt better about going with a more reputable company than some of the others for a similar price.
