AIS has been my insurance agent for over 20 years, both auto and house. I’ve honestly never had to contact them too often but when I’ve needed to, I always did it by phone. The representatives have ALWAYS not only been polite, but always have the answers or information needed without throwing me on hold or transferring me to someone else. They understand my needs and my policies have been correct and affordable with their services. 10 stars!
