AIS has been representing me and my insurance needs, both auto and home, over 25 years and I’ve absolutely no complaints or issues. Any contact I’ve needed have been met with professionalism and knowledge of my needs. They have reviewed my options and coverages and made suggestions which have led to lower rates and premiums. I’ve recommended them several times and will continue to not only be their Customer but advocate as well.

I just recently got a quote through AIS and switched carriers after five years. I spoke to four different AIS associates during this process and all of them were excellent, went way above and beyond to be of assistance and resolved all of my issues! They deserve a parade!
