The card didnt get send, i tried to get it touch with customer service but still no reply

I was incredibly disappointed with the service. I have still not received the card I purchased. On the day I had to include your invoice in a normal card which didn't look great. Having complained I was told that it had been returned to you because my in box was full. Absolute rubbish as I have 50 e mails in my in box and I received every e mail from you as you tried to sort it out. It's all too late now, but I also signed up to a monthly donation which I am reconsidering because this level of ineptitude within a charity concerns me .

Bought an e card to take to a birthday party. No card delivered. Had to take a copy of the order.

Underwhelmed

All the other "gifts for life" I ordered from assorted charities on the same day have arrived. The WaterAd one hasn't so I am unable to review it.
