I ordered the Belu water bottle to support my January water challenge. I still haven’t received the bottle and have had no correspondence from anyone to say when/if it will be shipped. Rather disappointing.

Ordered the package but never received it, not good

I bought my water bottle on 18th December and I still have not received anything nor any updates.

We ordered eleven cards of four different types. We asked for them all to be sent to our address. We assumed wrongly that they would arrive in one package. WE GOT ELEVEN SEPARATE LETTERS CONTAINING ONE CARD IN EACH. I think that can be classed as wasteful 😟.

For valentine I thought do something different, instead of flowers. Having donated money for a water pump and a card for my wife from wateraid for the 14th,nothing arrived. I waited 2 day and then phoned them went to answering machine left a message and no one responded.
