Not received yet. Requested delivery for Valentine's day.

Bought a gift card with a donation of a pump as a birthday ‘gift’ for a friend with a birthday message. The card arrived a week late despite saying it would arrive on time. I realise this could be a postal service delay but still very disappointing.

I ordered 2 items on 8 December, requesting delivery of the cards for my daughter on 18 December. I still have not received them (4 January) and have not received a reply to either of my emails requesting information on my order. This is not good enough.

I ordered a water face mask, when it did not arrive I sent a msg. Someone rang in response around 12 on Monday. He apologised said he would send one which he hope would arrive by Thursday. It didn’t and it didn’t come today, Friday, either. I’m very disappointed. The order number was S12702 Gill Coates
