Good choice of package prices for all budgets. This was a gift so can only comment on my side of the transaction - purchase went smoothly and communication was good.

I would of given 5 stars but despite choosing a certain e-card. The web site selected a different one...just a little niggle.

My close family have exchanged charity donations at Christmas for the last 15 years- a card and a special item that relates to them makes it all the more personal. Last year I switched to water “gifts” as what more essential and basic need should be fulfilled. With water you can improve health and enable people to take back control of their lives by keeping animals and growing food.

I bought these 'gifts' for a friend for whom water aid is very dear to her. I feel every penny is money well spent. I think the website was a bit tricky to navigate hence the four stars. Why not have all the gifts together rather than a few in one place then a link to the rest.
