Really good choice of value for the donation and the card. Having a card that I could send was very positive. It took a bit of time for the cards to arrive and the three I ordered arrived separately.

I think Water Aid is an incredible charity and was happy to donate to them. I really want charities to spend all the donations on the 'cause' but I would have liked just one acknowledgement of the donation so I knew that the payment had gone through

very good that several gifts posted in one envelope to me but delivery a bit slow.

I found the website easy to use and purchase a present for my son's birthday. However the card finally reached him a week late so that was very disappointing. But to be fair this could have been due to the tier restrictions brought about by coronavirus. My son was delighted with his gift and I would recommend this but perhaps order to arrive earlier than required during this period.
