Loved the intensity and overall how much focus was spent on our State. Made me a true believer that your personal state changes decision making as well as your drive to win. Every speaker was terrific. They all did such a great job keeping the whole crowd involved. I had a great time, just needed more food!!

My second BM and this time I took the executive team with me. The challenge is there is so much great content each day you feel totally overloaded by the end. They have an effective implementation plan at the end to help you process and utilize what you learned. I highly recommend bringing key people with you and then schedule time when you get back to review and put a plan together.
