After getting past the first tech while chatting and instead talking to someone on the phone, we were able to finally install Microsoft Office. It took a couple of phone calls to India, but the tech finally found a way to fix the problem and got the software to install

I don't want to add a star yet, because I don't think the program is properly installed. I'm glad they followed up
