Spectrum Customer Service agents are always helpful in resolving issues. I also like to use the website as well. Lots of information and the ordering process is easy.

The selections are good and it's easy to place orders. Shipping appears to be mostly on time but sometimes things marked as being in stock, suddenly appear as not being in stock after placing the order, thus delaying shipment of the product.

Price if better compared to other vendors but delivery time is not so good. Was better in the past. Selection is also good.

Took a bit too long to get product shipped.
