Excellent service

Spectrum is a great company from which to order chemical compounds as well chemistry supplies and materials. Their customer service is very courteous and thorough in helping one deal with compliance with regulations on the ordering of restricted chemical reagents. Spectrum is outstanding.

A bit difficult to initially get the online purchasing account set up, but once it's been finalized, the website is very user-friendly, and full of all the information I'm interested in seeing when I place an order (warehouse of origin, availability info, exact shipping costs, etc.). Great!

I communicated with three people in seemingly different departments and they all were friendly, knowledgable, professional and helpful. They made the process painless. Thanks Spectrum!

I like the favorites list that allows me to re-order what I need quickly.
