Extremely clunky, frustrating, and error-prone process to get one product! Very high shipping charges.

I presented gcms evidence that shows this oil is not authentic from Jasminium, but is fake. Did not get reasonable attention from technical service. Sigma has the authentic material. Thought it was dumb that I was contacted by customer service to say my problem was an application issue, and that I could return the material to Spectrum if it was unopened. How could I run gcms on it if I hadn't already opened it. I will not buy anything else from Spectrum unless there is no alternative. This all after I graciously toured Spectrum VP Sales through our company.

If I would have been informed of the shipping & handling charge of $99.24 on a chemical that cost 29.54, would never have purchased it. If their are exorbitant shipping and handling charges on a chemical, the purchaser should be informed at the time of taking the order by whoever is taking the order. I special ordered that chemical to compound a prescription for a patient and lost money on the transaction. I will think long and hard about ordering from Spectrum in the future due to this incident.
