I was told the order would ship in 5 days...a month later, i learn that the order is not available and won't be shipped for another 30-40 days.

We still can't get our material certifications. We can not use or make payment until we receive them...

item ordered cant delivery suppose to refund, but not action so please don't trust this supplier

Ordered product and paid for it then the supplier decided they’re not gonna ship it. No one followed up to refund my money. I had to do it myself. Poor Customer Service and bad supplier.
