Shipping times very slow

response time and service could be better

It's been a month since I ordered. Haven't received a shipment OR any kind of communication about delays, shortages, etc.

Haven't received the Titanium Trichloride that I ordered on 1/23/25 yet, or even gotten a shipment notification. Even after calling and inquiring about the status of this order, I have not heard back on a ship date!!!
