I called customer service on June 4 to see if I could get my shipping address changed, the woman I spoke to was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent! I was not able to change my shipping address because she told me the product was supposed to ship on June 5; however, it is now June 12, and I have not received any information regarding shipping nor do I have my product, so it is unfair to give a review at this time.

No updates after I submitted restricted chem paperwork for end user. Maybe Spectrum sent acceptance or denial status to end user but I placed order and never received update. We're probably within 21 day hold but don't know.

Ordered 2 items on May 8th and as of May 18th I have not received one of my items. If I knew at the time of ordering that it would be this delayed, i would have gone to a different source or differ quantity.
