I placed an order for 15 booklets. I wasn't sure of the quality of the print file so I contacted support. They told me that the page layout wasn't going to result in a good quality product and suggested that I change the layout. I did and also converted it from a powerpoint slide show to PDF. The new file also did not have the correct layout so John fixed it from there and the result was excellent. Thank you all for your hard work!!
