After using the chat box, the customer service person asked if they could call me to get clarification, which you just do not see anymore! So many companies struggle to answer questions and really provide the customer service that clients want to see! When my cards arrived, they looked phenomenal. The quality was above and beyond my expectations, and it shows that they put in the effort to make sure things come out the way you want.
