The Quantum website states: "If an order is placed by 5 p.m. CST, then it will generally be processed and mailed or shipped the next business day. Exceptions: Orders Requiring 1 Additional Business Day " This is false. My time sensitive promotion was delivered after the promotion date. Also, I tried to contact customer service about this. I am still waiting to hear back from them....

Ordered direct mail postcards, print resolution/quality of color is not as good as competitors. Disappointed with quality. Order process was easy.

I'm getting pretty disappointed with the quality of your colors printing. I had this shade of dark blue (RGB 17, 41, 69) turn out lighter than this shade of light blue (RGB 45, 78, 107). The postcard with the light blue was entirely too dark all over and compromised its quality. I'd love to get a response on this.

The cards just arrived and the the color looks like a faded purple instead of navy blue, very disappointed
