I was a tad bit embarrassed when I received my postcard in the mail, as the quality was not there & it’s unfortunate that those postcard will be representation of me to potential clients. Very disappointed

We paid extra for first class mail and professional review. The post card arrived 17 days later when it was supposed to arrive in 5-8 business days. The postcard arrived missing the top half of the card. It was illegible. I'm very disappointed having used quantum digital successfully for many years and this was the first time using quantum postcards.

I will be calling the company tomorrow. Found out my mailing did not go even close to where I wanted it when I used the locate feature. Used this company religiously in the past, 1st bad experience, hopefully, they will correct their error??

I'm disappointed that two of my 5 images came out horrible. They printed incredibly dark even though they are light images. All images were the same quality...
