Used Quantum multiple times for projects in the past and they were great, but now my post cards are missing much past when they personally told me 3 times I'd receive them. When I ask for support they give me canned answers like "you should have purchased first class postage". I would have been happy to, but I was told regular mail would be less than 2 weeks (it's over 3 weeks now and counting). Bottom line, they now over promise and under deliver while having crummy customer service.

As a Realtor, I use Quantum Postcards to send advertising to targeted areas after the sale/purchase of a home. I always send myself a postcard as a test so that I know when it was delivered and therefore I know when to follow-up. The most recent order I made, I did not receive my test postcard and a client in that area states they did not receive their postcard either. Quantum Postcards said the postcards were shipped at the end of August (it is now September 27th). Apparently, Quantum Postcards can’t be held responsible for the product once the post office has them but this. I can understand that but I feel as if this product may have never been shipped out.

I placed an online order for postcards over a month ago and have STILL not received the postcard. This is very disappointing and I will have to find a different postcard company for future mailings that is more reliable.

I live in the neighborhood these were supposed to be mailed out to and nobody including my self got the postcards!

The cards have never been received by residents they were sent to. I am going to order probably 250 cards this week, but rest assured they probably won't be ordered through your company.
