Postcard boarder cut off on one side making it look like I cut them myself but what was more disappointing is that no one replied back to my email about it.

I was disapointed in the card that was "printed" and sent out per my instructions. 1) The card stock I specified and paid extra for was 120 lb card stock...NOT what my card was printed on. It was printed on a much flimsier weight stock that I had not specified. This card was going out to a select group of people who will notice if the card is printed on a cheaper grade of stock. Very disappointing! This is not the impression I wanted to make with these people nor of my listing that I am marketing. 2) My next door neighbor received a card and I didn't and I am in the same neighborhood of 67 homes. & I ordered a 100 count. This is the first time I have used this service. Doubt I will use them again based on my experience. Side note: This is not printing by the way it is a color copy on a light weight card stock but I figured they would be created that way due to the quantity. Did expect the stock I paid extra for but didn't get however oh and to receive a copy since we should have been within the mailing area.

After spending a lot of time working on my postcard design, saving it resulted in a loss and total distortion of the design. Very difficult to use but offers the capibility to create a custom postcard. Most individuals in customer service are very willing to try to help. Others are not at all.

Hi! Our team went on your website and created our postcard announcing our new school. The process was not complicated and the finished product was very nice. However, we are extremely disappointed with the misleading information we were given about which households received this postcard. We chose to use your mailing lists, and when we selected two zip codes, we asked for a postcard to be sent to every household with children 6-10 years old. We were told there were 4999 households with that criteria, so wanting to reach all of the potential households, we stretched our budget to send this amount. We have since discovered, however, that MANY households fitting that description never received a postcard. Furthermore, we were informed of people who DID receive a card and have no children at home!!!! They told us they passed it to a neighbor who had children that age and they never received one!! We feel now we have wasted our money, trusting your instruction and guidance to send the postcards to eligible households. We are very disappointed and truthfully, we feel a refund is warranted. We would love to have an explanation as to why our product was not delivered as contracted.

Quality and price were great but our Post cards arrived after the open house even though I received a shipping notification 10 days prior
