Printing consistency seems to be an issue. One order may be decent, the next not great. I've also noticed huge variations in printing with the different stocks offered. We just printed some work that the body copy is very fuzzy and difficult to read due to paper - (Matte weight heavier stock.) This same work has printed on the glossy stock, but wimpy weight paper, and did not have any readability issues.

I ordered three post cards with slight variations as a test batch and had them delivered to our office. We wanted to see exactly what we would be sending out prior to completing a large order. Two of the postcards were great. The third postcard was printed on the wrong size paper (delivered:8.5 x 5.5 ordered: 5.5 x 4.5). The entire top 1/3 of the postcard ordered was cut off and there is a ton of white space. If there were a format to send you a picture of what was delivered, I happily would have attached it.

Easy to order. But I still have not received any in the mail and I had one sent to my office and my home should have also fallen under the map pin.

I never received the one that was supposed to be mailed to my own house (292 stony brook rd) so I don't know it the others were sent !! - kind of made me wonder if I none were ever sent

Takes way to long to ship. Love their design center but they extremely slow.
