We requested Z fold, but the third column page was made the first page. How can we prevent this in the future. We had to refold everything.

I got a hold of the postcard that arrived at my listing, and the ink and printing was botched on both sides of the card. That’s very disappointing as I can only assume that happened to every card delivered. With the print quality being this bad I likely will not be purchasing from here again. I liked the ease of setting up the order, but it’s not worth it if every card that was delivered was printed poorly as that would reflect on me and would reduce the engagement I’d get from the people that received the cards. 2/10.

I never received a copy at the return address. Also never even heard from any of the mailing list if they had received a copy. I was told to wait, but that was nearly a month ago this would be a 1 star but, I did receive an auto generated confirmation email of my order, & then an email stating my order had been filled. Other than the two automated emails, I guess I have to trust that something may have been done.
