There is a problem with the program; after spending hours working on custom postcards and brochures, you click to save your work and nothing.... the program does not save your work, closes down, then everything that you have been working on is lost.

I never received a sample-confirmation in the mail.

Would love to give a better review, but I didn't get a postcard in the mail to see how it looked and have a copy for my file. I have been pleased with past orders.

I've ordered several different business cards from Quantum. Good paper quality, but sometimes the print isn't always the best in terms of size, placement, etc. Quantum charges an extra $15 for professional review which is something that should be included with purchase at no additional cost to ensure customer satisfaction.

I never received my copy, why? How do I know if they got mailed?
