Once we received the postcards in the mail, the postcards were scratched and this is not the first occasion this has happened. The quality of the product could be enhanced and yes we choose the best product.

The hardest and most time consuming part was trying to get my already designed postcards to upload correctly in your templates. The sizes didnt match and it was very frustrating!

The postcards I sent through quantum postcards arrived well over 15 days after they were ordered which is a little ridiculous considering they were “printed next day.” They also had poor print quality- the ink was smudged and they looked dirty.

I did not receive a postcard verification of the mailing and included myself as a recipient. So, I cannot confirm the mailing was sent and received by intended recipients. Disappointed with the process on this order. Brenda Small, Realtor
