Frequently smudged postcards
I have ordered several hundred postcards in total. I had a cc mailed to my address for each order. Almost all the cards I received arrived with giant smudges on them-was told this was due to UPS shipping and printing. Customer service told me I would need to pay for the UV coating if I didnt want smudged cards - apparently this protects the ink during shipping. If this happens frequently, why is the UV coating not standard?? It should be included if you know 80% of the postcard will be smudged in the shipping process... Quantum should WANT to distribute quality products. I should not have to pay extra to ensure my postcards wont turn out smudged and sloppy.
