Most of the time, the turnaround is quick and the cards go out in just a few days. That said, they very frequently arrive damaged and smeared. Customers and clients reach out to let me know that my service is sending damaged cards. Embarrassing. Overall, an okay service to mass mail.

The post card material is paper thin... I was expecting something sticker like card stock.

We’ve been using Quantum Postcards for over a year to direct Mail our custom-designed cards. Uploading our design and mailing list has been very easy and convenient. Once ordered, printing and mailing have been swift. Our main issue is with the quality of printing. We receive a copy of the printed cards and recently they’ve been full of smears and inferior printing quality.

The words were to large in the center on the Business card. On a previous order I was contacted saying the the words were too small...

The postcard itself came out great, however part of my design was left off. When designing we made sure to be within the allowed margins but still a very important, compliance item was left off the card.
