Just what I needed for our challenging times right now.

Entire interface is super easy to use. The ONLY reason I did not give them 5 stars is the time it takes from process to mailing to receipt. It really takes 10-11 days to be received in FL. Not sure if the delay is in processing or USPS.

I recently used Quantum and notice the interface had changed. THis was a bit of a task as I was only 3 days in to my new job which uses Quantum on a daily basis. For the most part, I like the changes. It seems a bit more user friendly and location of things are better. It's just a little difficult for me trying to remember the changes when I am still fresh at using the earlier version of Quantum. You help desk has been very help when calling in.

Great service

This is the 5th or so time we've used QuantumPostcards and have always been happy with the speed with which is is printed and delivered. However, EVERY postcard that we have seen from EVERY batch has a smudge on the front of it. I called the first time and was told to increase the quality of the paper and finish, which I have done every time since, and still get the same result. Maybe with the speed with which they print, the postcards aren't totally dry before heading through the post office machine? I don't know, but we never had this problem with our old vendor, but our old vendor used to reject 50% of our addresses and I like that QP doesn't do this. So far we like the quality and speed well enough overall that we continue to stay, but eventually if we may seek out another option to see if we can avoid that darn smudge.
