the process was easy enough but there are a lot of steps to get there. maybe it could be simplified and maybe there could be a progress bar so you know what the next steps will be. it took a while to order them and busy agents need something quick. I also wish there was an option to have the postcard also sent to my address so I can see it and know when it is sent out. maybe you have this and I missed it. besides that, I really like that we can send postcards out to addresses close to a designated address. that's helpful and it's reasonably priced.

Generally satisfied. The front of the card was not trimmed quite as expected - off center such than bleed edges were bot unuform - but I can make an allowance for that in future orders also appeared that the uv coating was smudged in production. But nothing is perfect. Ordering process was easy. Proof was close to actual printing. Interesting that Quantum Digital is not as accurate.

The process was quick and smooth. Maybe not the fault of QuantumPostcards but many of the post cards were smudged on arrival at their destination. This may have been due to postal processing though I receive postcards all of the time and they don't appear to be smudged.

The process went very well.

Very nice quality. Shipping time was acceptable. Shipping rates were higher than anticipated and that deters me from ordering again. Also, the UV coating does not allow for a postal stamp to adhere to the surface. I guess that should have been common sense, but for me it was not. I ordered UV coating on both sides, thinking it would hold up better if it got wet. Upon receipt of the postcards, I had to use plain white stickers on the back side, in order to run them through the postal machine. Thankfully that was an adequate solution, though quite time consuming and it detracted from the professionalism. In the future, I would only order UV on one side.
