Horrible going out of business

The teacher read the bold lines and skipped everything in between. I learned nothing in this class. The teacher was trying to sell the class on other things he offered on his own time (maybe self employed?) . He went off course more than one time, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to be following him or the book, but what he was talking about wasn't even in the course books. He even took the conversation to other topics, no mortgage related and had long conversations during the Knowledge questions. Most frustrating 8 hours I've every encountered. I realize the answer key was provided, but I do like to test myself.
