I started working with Holden to copy what a supplier of ours was doing. The communication over email was good and fairly timely. I had only one issue with the size of the printing on the golf ball. I misunderstood the way their proof was scaled and displaying the size of the text. That is on me for not asking more questions. A year and a half after our order they were able to duplicate everything we needed again in short order.
