I consider GTM's service to be necessary in hiring a nanny. Clearly I don't have the time to figure all this out on my own (since I need a nanny), and even if I did, I wouldn't have the expertise. Highly recommend.

I feel taken care of by GTM-- they respond quickly to any concerns and make sure the weekly hours are updated in a timely manner. I know this is extra work on their end and they have stepped up to the plate to make sure that I as a Nanny are taken care of each and every week.
