I have found GTM to be user friendly, very accessible, reliable and willing to help when questions arise.

The service is excellent. It has solved the problem of payroll for household employees. Answers to any questions are generally available online. If I need to talk to a person there is minimal wait on hold, a refreshing change from what one would normally expect.

Nice that everything is 100% taken care of during the year. Wish they would partner with a Cpa firm and be even more comprehensive at tax time.
