After doing the following 5 orders, I placed a 6th and 7th order, exact same and was told that you 'don't do this'. I explained to the women from your company that you've done this 5 times for me, and she insisted that you never do this....weird! 100015210 100013547 100013259 100012074 100011524

UPS said they lost it. I submitted a claim and have heard nothing back from them. So has submitted another claim. till need the item. I had a custom cabinet made that this is going to fits insid of.
