I have been buying blank custom-cut adhesive magnets from Custom Magnets for over 5 years. I have found the quality to be very consistent during that time and the turn around time is very fast. I have contacted Suzanne in customer service on several occasions and I give her an A + for her great communication and support skills. I am completely happy with all aspects of this business. Very nice, I called to inform them that the reorder button does not work correctly. I used it on a past order and received 12”x12” instead of 12”x16”. It would cost too much to ship back so I’m holding onto them. Would have been nice to get some kind of credit for future use since this was not the product I was reordering. I mainly wanted the company to know so others did not experience the same issue.
