Great magnets for the price and they make ordering easy! They can work with almost any file format I send in and are great about making adjustments I request after reviewing my proofs. I am a repeat customer already and I will use them again in the future!

I'm providing an update of my initial review of the product which I submitted a few weeks ago. In my initial review, I titled it "Very Disappointed" because the product was received in damaged condition. I notified the company and was extremely pleased with the level of concern and interest that was displayed. Although they may not have been able to prevent the damage caused by the shipping process, they took ownership for resolving the problem. Within a week, I received a replacement which arrived in perfect condition and I'm extremely satisfied with the end result. I look forward to continuing to do business with this company in the future because of their excellent and courteous customer service and the professionalism.
