We discovered Common Bond from the White Coat Investor website, and we are so glad we did. Common Bond offered the BEST refinance rate out of ALL of the other refinancing institutions. Trust me, we did a lot of research, and the rate difference was tremendous -- several percent points. The refinancing process was simple, there was a technical glitch initially which delayed our application, but these things happen and it's the customer service that matters -- and oh boy, Common Bond has absolutely fantastic customer service. Extremely personable, they make you feel like you're their only customer, extremely quick to respond, extremely personable, individualized, just top notch. We spoke with Steve throughout the entire process and he was just a dream. I wish other companies would learn from Common Bond's customer service team's tactics. We couldn't be happier, our loans were refinanced quickly and easily, and we're now paying an extremely low rate thanks to Common Bond. I highly recommend these guys to everyone.
