They were such a headache and never applied excess payments to principle. I had four loans at a pretty high rate. Once the grace period ended, I looked around and found CommonBond. CB showed me a good spread of lenders with approximate rates, given my info. I found a new bank to refinance through, and the rest, as they say, is history. Couldn't have been simpler.
