Saw commonbond as a work perk offered through the company I work for as such I trusted it vs the random companies that are out there. Was very surprised by the rate and then subsequently surprised by how easy it all went through. They did all the paperwork and transfers/ payments. All I had to really do was set up the direct deposit. I was not aware however that common bond is a middleman of sorts. However I cannot complain as the rate process and ease of use is all there. And my monthly payment is half what it used to be.

Easy To Work With

I have refinanced my student loans a few times now, and CommonBond gave me the best rate and has a bit better customer service and web interface than some of the others. I definitely recommend them!
