Refinanced a Parent Plus Loan with Common Bond. Have a credit score of 816 and $65,000 income. Used my husband as a co-signer and was able to get a very good rate to refinance $127,000. It was easy to upload documents once I committed to a hard credit pull. I had a better offer from a competitor and Common Bond gave me 1.5% better than that. I had great communication with them throughout the process. I talked to helpful people like Chris over the phone and was able to text back and forth to get questions answered with Oscar.
