Did the initial application to see various options and interest rate offers. The offers were not good. Then they had a guy text me. No thanks. I’m good.

I found the site to be easy to use and well-designed. The functions however don't seem to be all that helpful in making a decision as to what I should do. The evaluate feature doesn't work, and I'm not ready to refinance. I honestly got a better view of my debts and interest rates through CreditKarma.
