I recently received a loan dispersement however it did not match the amount I originally ask for and was actually less so now I have two loans to take out. I think when I uploaded my social security number it did not also reflect the accrued interest on my original loans. However, the website did not allot a spot or moment for me to correct the total loan amount. I think this could and should be remedied on the website. Now I’m stuck with 2 separate loans. When I called customer service at common bond the respresentative was not very helpful and essentially recommended that I refinance both my new and my old loan which seemed like a poor resolution to my problem. Furthermore they didn’t really exude much empathy towards a confusing situation

Commonbond talks a big game, but they can't actually refinance your big debt unless you're making lots of money. If I had alot of money though... I wouldn't have to refinance my loans.

I’ve asked to unsubscribe 4 times, correctly filled out the “unsubscribe from all communication” forms, and yet I am still receiving their countless emails. I will make sure to never do business with them because of this unnecessary frustration while they blow my emails up weekly.
